\n\t\t\t\tWorld Archery Africa (WAAf) or Formerly the Federation of African Archery (FAA) is the continental Association and the governing body for the Olympic and Paralympic sport of archery in the African Continent.\nWAAf was founded in 28th September 1995 in Harare, Zimbabwe (ZIM), among the founding members were South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, and Kenya. \nWAAf is responsible for regulating and promoting archery on the African Continent, responsible for all levels of archery from grassroots to performance level.\nWorld Archery Africa has four zones (regions): (East \u2013 West \u2013 North \u2013 South) with (33) African Member Associations registered who regulate, promote and develop the sport in their respective regions.\nThe federation is recognised by World Archery, The Association of African Sports Confederations (AASC) and The Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA).\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
